I’ve always felt very tenuously attached to the earth.

The atmosphere and the crust seem to me to be so fragile that the crushing and rending processes, even though drawn out over millennia, seem very real and present to me.

Here I have snapped, twisted and torn materials, and recorded the outcomes through print, drawing and casting.
